A: Yes. We can print logo, just send us your artwork and PANTONE CODE to us is ok.
A: Please provide artwork/design in AI or PDF format to us, please make sure all text converted to curve.
A: Yes, our major business is to make customized plastic injection mold and molding parts according to your sample or drawing.
A: When you send us an inquiry, please kindly ensure that all the details are included, such as mold steel, mold cavity number, mold lifetime, runner type, surface finishing, annual output, injection color, injection quantity, and packaging information. We will send you a complete quotation as soon as possible.
A: Yes, we are happy to provide free samples. Every time we conduct a mold trial, we will send our clients free samples for their confirmation.
A: Normally, our MOQ is 2,000 pcs. However, if you cannot meet the MOQ, we can offer a lower quantity. Please note that the unit cost will be higher for smaller quantities due to the increased injection molding and material costs.
A: We are certificated with ISO9001:2015, adopting 5S rules to manage our all activities. We have a professional team for quality control. Doing 100% inspection during production.
A: For mold, we usually use 40% against PO as deposit, 40% after T1 samples, and final 20% before mold shipment. For injection production, 50% against PO, final 50% before shipment. It could be flexible, we can discuss it in detail projects. Of course other payment terms is acceptable when we have a further talk and know more about your project.
A: We will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). In our factory, we have dedicated personnel to collect samples during mold testing. When the samples are collected, we maintain a list that records the details and quantity of each sample. No one is allowed to take them without approval and proper registration.

Q13: How long does it usually take to make the mold for this kind of product?
A: Yes, certainly. We have an efficient manufacturing process in our factory. For urgent orders, we can arrange 2-3 shifts for mold making to accelerate the process. Alternatively, we can work with our outsourcing partners to meet the lead time. For particularly urgent orders, we can also open a green channel, but please note that an expedited fee may apply.
A: Normally, if the mold is not damaged due to human error or improper operation, we offer a 1-year warranty. During this period, we will repair the mold by having it sent back to our factory, or our engineers can fly to your country if necessary. For wear-and-tear or consumable parts, we will provide interchangeable spare parts along with the mold shipment.
A: We have a project manager to oversee the outsourcing projects. We set strict requirements for our suppliers, just as we do for our own factory. Of course, we place great importance on selecting the right suppliers, as this is crucial.

A: We have CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), projectors, various gauges, calipers, and other specialized inspection tools for mold and injection parts testing.

A:Yes, we conduct tests and send the samples along with the mold trial report to customers for approval before production or shipment.

A: Typically, we cover the mold with plastic film and pack it in a plywood case. If you require vacuum packaging, we can accommodate that request.

A: No, we have stable cooperation with trusted suppliers who handle painting, electroplating, and silk printing for us, as these are outsourced services. However, we do have an assembly department and can offer assembly services for your products.
